Check whether the electric water heater is leaking
1. When it is full of water, do not turn on the electricity. Useamultimeter to measure the resistance of any end of theheatingtube power cord and the water in the water tank. Themultimeter shows a measurable resistance, that is, theheatingtube or electrical part leakage. (The mechanical thermostatshould be turned on)
2. In the power-on state, use a test pencil to check whether thewater is charged.
Air switch trip
1. Leakage: Leakage of electrical parts of the machine.
2. The set current of the leakage coil is too small (25-30) mAisbetter. Remove the coil and try again.
3. Overcurrent: The MCB is too small and the load is toolarge(35-40)A.
No display (no battery)
1. Check whether the air switch outlet has electricity.
2. The display cable is loose.
3. The temperature limiter is broken or the dry-burningprotector is disconnected.
There is water in but no water out
1. Check whether the safety valve is blocked.
2. Check whether there is any blockage on the power wall.
3. Whether the spool angle is correct.
Not constant temperature
1. The new machine does not have a constant temperaturewhen it is installed, and the temperature of the inner tankistoohigh because the water is not full, and the temperatureof theinner tank is below 90 ℃.
2. If the water flow shows that the temperature is not constant, check the output terminal voltage of the air switch. If thestepper motor does not work below 180V, the temperatureisnot constant.
3. Low water pressure, add pressure pump.
4. Small water outflow from the power-proof wall will alsocause the motor to not operate. Replace the power-proof wall.
5. Check whether the Hall switch is normal (stuck or shaftfalling).
6. The micro switch is broken.
7. Check whether the angle of the thermostatic valveceramicsheet is correct.
8. Replace the circuit board.
Temperature limiter jump
1. Dry burning.
2. Whether the probe position is reasonable.
3. Check whether the blind tube of the heating tube is coveredby scale, which causes the temperature of the upper tubetobetoo high.
4. There is no flow regulating valve installed, causing theinnertank water to flow back and dry.
The display shows that the water is not hot
1. The heating tube is broken.
2. The circuit board relay is broken.
No black screen (after 30 minutes after turning off the water)
1. If the water outlet pipe is leaking, turn off the water heateroutlet switch, heat it to the insulation state, and the screenwill go blank after 30 minutes.
2. The circuit board is broken. The safety valve has a whistle, and the water pressureistoohigh
1. Install a pressure regulating valve at the front endof thewater inlet.
2. Increase the pressure of the safety valve.
